From a central swivel the Conveyer can be driven to allow the stock piling of Aggregate unloaded from Ships at the Ilse of Grain. Marine environmental issues and Quarry dust were major considerations.
The motor brake units were located some 12metres apart with a central underslung HPU. Integration to the main site PLC and Electronics controlled safe movements. Speed of movement is controlled by the Operator using variable electronic flow control to the main pump.
