What’s involved?
Upon arrival at site, Antech will take an oil sample from your hydraulic system and send it away for testing. The test results will be provided at a later date, advising you on the ISO rating of the oil and any recommendations required.
A full filter change will be carried out, using top-quality UFI filter elements, including disposal of the old elements. Using our in-house NTF Filter Trolley, the oil will be cleaned onsite, and a clean down of the system will be provided before we leave.
Using advanced technology, such as the Doctor 4.0, which uses AI to monitor key components and performance for signs of wear and faults, we’re also able to remotely see when repairs or maintenance are required. We can then contact you and advise on the next steps – without you having to do anything. This offers an additional cost saving, as the servicing only takes place when the monitoring software says it’s required.
