Suction Filters

Suction Filters are also known as "PUMP CARE" because thanks to their function of protection from coarse contamination (due to lack of initial cleaning or to an accidental ingression) they take care of the pump, ensuring a safe and efficient operation.

The Hydraulic Suction Filters must be properly sized to avoid cavitation of the pump.

A clogging indicator is recommended, signalling in time the need for filter element replacement, and the bypass valve option is also available.

Obviously the function of the Hydraulic Suction Filters is only the protection of the pump; the general cleanliness level required by the system must be ensured by the filters having that function (Return or Pressure Filters).
